Privacy Policy

CicloAura is a NONIVERUS application for personal cycle and wellbeing tracking. The official contact for privacy questions is contact@noniverus.com.

The application is intended for personal recording and organisation. It does not provide medical diagnosis and does not replace advice or care from qualified health professionals.

Depending on the features you use, CicloAura may store information you enter about menstruation and cycles, symptoms, wellbeing, fertility and trying to conceive, pregnancy, medication, notes, history and information used for personal reports.

These records may constitute sensitive personal information or health data. CicloAura processes them only to provide the features selected by the user.

Core processing is local. CicloAura does not depend on NONIVERUS servers to analyse your personal records.

The application’s primary data is kept on the device, subject to protections provided by the application and operating system. NONIVERUS does not use health records for advertising, advertising profiles or data sales.

Health Connect integration is optional. When enabled, CicloAura requests only permissions related to the presented features and reads only data types authorised by the user.

You can refuse or revoke permissions in Android/Health Connect settings. CicloAura does not use Health Connect data for advertising or commercial profiling.

Backup, export or restore functions run only when initiated or configured by the user. Their purpose is to support continuity and recovery of the user’s own records.

When a copy is stored outside the application’s primary storage, its retention and deletion also depend on the selected destination and the user’s actions. CicloAura backups are not used by NONIVERUS for advertising or behavioural analytics.

Purchases, payments and the related payment account are processed by Google Play under Google’s policies. NONIVERUS does not receive full card or other payment-method details.

CicloAura may receive and retain technical information needed to determine licence status, validate or restore PRO Lifetime access and apply the trial period where applicable. Licensing information is kept separate from personal health records.

NONIVERUS does not sell CicloAura personal or health data. Records are not sent to NONIVERUS servers for profiling or advertising.

If you choose to export, share or open information in another application or service, that action is initiated by you and subsequent processing is also subject to the destination service.

Locally stored data remains on the device until deleted by the user through available controls, or until removed with the application’s data according to Android behaviour.

Backups or exported files stored outside the application must be deleted by the user at their destination. Revoking Health Connect permissions prevents new access covered by the revoked permissions.

CicloAura includes measures intended to reduce unauthorised access, including local protections and device-supported access controls where available.

No system is completely invulnerable. Keep Android updated, protect the device with a screen lock and store backups only in trusted locations.

This policy may be updated when features, integrations, legal requirements or platform requirements change. The update date shown on this page identifies the policy currently in force.
